I'm not sure it counts, but for what it's worth, the Emirates does have an old clock
but on the outside

I think that either has, or shortly will be moved to the inside.

It's because they don't have the time
The Arsenal website doesn't mention anything about it being moved inside, being outside it faces the old clock end.
I presume the Spurs cockerel be placed inside the new ground?

Could Spurs sell 70k against Arsenal, Chelsea, Man U? Yeah, I think they could. Could they sell 70k tickets against Wigan, Blackburn, Stoke, Burnley, etc....? I'd be dubious.
Spurs currently have 23,000 on the waiting list for season tickets, so thats 59,000 when added to the current 36,000 capacity of WHL!
Yes I'm sure they'd get 70,000 for the big games but I'm also sure they'd get 60,000 for the League games against the lesser lights!
So what if their was upwards of 10,000 empty seat for SOME games!
Just feel that 56,000 is to prohibitive just as 60,000 is for the Emirates!
I live in East Anglia where their is a lot of Spurs fans so I know just how big their fanbase is!

It all depends on how much they are going to charge fans for tickets, last season they only got 23,000 for a wafer cup tie group game where were the desperate fans who are on a st waiting list that night, the main reason given from Spurs fans i know was they charged far too much for a ticket for a nothing game.
Chelsea learnt their lesson when they charged full price for a CL group game for Mourinho's last game in charge after previous seasons only charging £25, the night i mentioned we only got 24,000, the next game was a sell out as prices went back to £25 & are still that now with sell outs at most games(where allowed ie seregation, seats removed for advertising ect)

I sincerely hope your job is not stragegic planning or the suchlike!
23k + 36k is indeed 59k. But you're double counting upwards of 10k people. Now this figure may have changed, but I believe Spurs have 23k season ticket holders at present (that was in 2006, but given that capacity hasn't changed since then, I can't see the number of season tickets being released having increased - please feel free to correct me?).
So 23k season ticket holders means that Tottenham have around 10k pay on the day fans. How many of these 10k do you suspect might be on the season ticket waiting list? Your prediction would suggest none of them are! I however would beg to differ.

I've got a yid inlaw from Enfield, i'd say the area is mixed between Arsenal & Spurs with a few Chelsea as well, like many London clubs they will have plenty of support from the home counties.
