On Tuesday and Wednesday I could not log onto the board. It would not accept my username or e mail address, then on Thursday it was declared down for maintenance. I assume the event are connected.

On Tuesday and Wednesday, I couldn't log in either. Everybody had 'guest' before their username, which is what shows up when you've had your account deleted. Clearly was a big fault and was what probably lead to the board being down.

Thanks to the admin and mods for getting it back!

Apologies for the inconvenience caused, we had an issue with the membership database, but it's been resolved now by installing a back-up.

Other than PM's having been lost, then hopefully everything should be back to normal now, although if you changed anything in the past few days then it may have been lost as well.

Sounds odd, the sign-in link should be in the green bar at the top, if not try this -

http://footballgroun...l&section=login

I presume the library is using IE, what browser have you got at home?

Doesn't sound like a cookie problem as I don't think the link was ever removed (not for me anyway). If you post/send me some screenshots then that might show more.

Has everyone else had problems linking via a bookmark direct to the 'view new content' page?

I've tired http://footballgroun...arch_filter_app[forums]=1 (the url of the link on the page) but it always bring back no results. Clicking on the link shows them though.

The old site worked fine. For info I stay logged on and use Firefox 3.0.13 on Vista.
